The Operations department at KPMG China provides our professionals across our China and Hong Kong offices with business and process support for the International Business System (IBS). IBS is a SAP-based practice management system which will be implemented in our China and Hong Kong offices.

Responsibilities

- Provide IBS support to front-end users, which include analysing IBS usage problems and provide feasible solution in sales area
- Consult and collaborate with different users to understand, analyse and document their business needs, goals and objectives to support new business initiatives
- Proactively assist to coordinate system projects across functions and departments
- Resolve and / or escalate issues in a timely manner

Requirements

- University degree holder in business related disciplines preferred
- Minimum of one year relevant experience in SAP users support in sales area
- Good command of verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Good analytical and communication skills to transform users requirements into logical solutions
- Proactive participant in projects with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
