Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Controller in reviewing and managing expenses and capex. Provide insightful analytics on such to facilitate management decision making to ensure value for money and aligning spending with company goal
• Drive continuous process improvements – partner with FC and operation team to drive process improvement projects to achieve an efficient company-wide working and control environment.  
• Management reporting – responsible for preparation of timely and accurate management reports and other information for the purpose of understanding, managing and controlling the business
• Internal controls – review and improve internal policies and procedures 
• Internal networking – as one of the key interface among internal departments to drive cost saving initiatives 
• Budgetary process – lead and manage the budgetary process for all the Group’s activities, including income, expenses, capital budgets and manpower planning. Manage the budget and forecast system to provide reliable financial projections and analysis swiftly
• CAPEX control – study and implement an evaluation system for all CAPEX project with focus on the effectiveness of the projects and the efficiency of the work flow
• Others – participate in any ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• University graduate in Accountancy, Finance, Business Studies or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience preferably gained from sizeable organization and Big 4 trained for 4-5 years
• Qualified CPA with sound understanding of accounting principles
• Previous experience property management or real estate industry is desirable but not essential
• Must have strong cost analytic background and have excellent analytical, mathematical, problem-solving and presentation abilities
• Strong knowledge of MS Office application, Excel with VBA a plus
• Knowledge in SAP and Data cube is highly desirable
• Good technical skills in financial modeling and financial analysis
• Aptitude to succeed in a stressful and deadline oriented environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager, Finance
