Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • 70% perform Accounting duties, focus on AR and facing PRC clients
  • 30% Perform general office administrative support and contract preperation
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to office operation

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with 2 years receptionist and administrative support experience
  • Good command of both spoken and written in both English and Chinese
  • Responsible, reliable, detail-oriented and pleasant
  • Immediate available is preferred
