Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports for transaction/valuation reviews or litigation support purposes involving M&As, fund raising, investigations and corporate actions e.g.restructurings, IPOs, buy-backs, spin-off, etc.
  • Collaborate with and support other service lines of the department such as M&A, financial due diligence, valuation, litigation support and forensic accounting in terms of report writing needs.
  • Be committed to act with the firm’s core values and competency expectations.

Requirements: 

  • Degree in accounting, economics, finance or related disciplines with professional qualification such as CPA (CFA Charter is an advantage but not essential).
  • 3-4 years of experience in equity research covering mid to large cap stocks including global conglomerates.
  • Proficient in writing professional research report in English is essential.
  • Experience in due diligence and business valuation is not essential but an advantage.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager
