Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Due to our rapid business expansion, we invite high caliber candidates to join our Accounts team to strengthen our reporting process.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the inputting data into the accounting system
Handle full set of book.
Reconciliation for Bank and other accounts
Assist in month-end closing and prepare reports for AR, AP and audit schedules
Prepare and maintain the company’s general ledger, sub-ledger and auxiliary books, together with financial records and reports, following local and corporate policies and procedures.
Perform treasury function and prepare management reports on bank facilities utilization schedules
Liaison with all related parties regarding Finance & Accounting follow up in a professional manner
Prepare and maintain daily cash flow statements
Assist in quarterly reviews and annual audit

Job Required Skills

Min.3 years of working experiences in the accounting field

Diploma holder in Accounting or above
Manufacturing background
Knowledge in SAP preferred
Letter of Credit (L/C) knowledge will be an added advantage
Good command of English is MUST. Cantonese and Mandarin will be added advantage
Strong team player, independent and mature
Immediate available is an advantage
