Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general office administration and maintenance services
• Manage office environment on health & safety, equipment, phone system and security matters etc
• Manage the external parties, e.g., contracts, office suppliers and any related offices issues
• Responsible for organizing company functions and activities
• Responsible for business trip and accommodation arrangement
• Provide wide range of operational support to any Admin functions
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder with 3-5 years solid experience in Administration function in handling full spectrum of office administration
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in documentation and filing system
• Applicants must be positive thinking, hardworking, responsible, attentive to details, initiative, with good communicaiton and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment to meet daily goals and willing to work overtime
• Immediate available is preferable
