Job description:
- Assist in company secretarial services to clients including preparation of documents; maintaining and updating corporate records; and filing of statutory forms and returns with government authorities
- Liaison with clients
- Assist in handling ad-hoc tasks
Job requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate holder of Company Secretarial course with minimum 2 years practical experience gained in professional firm
- Student member of HKICS / ICSA preferred but not essential
- Good command of English and Chinese with general command of Mandarin
- Responsible, self-motivated and well organized
- Proficient in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
