Responsibilities:

-Provide full range of general office administrative duties

-Handle Quick Book accounting system data entries

-Handle monthly accounting report and statement

-Daily Bookkeeping

-Follow up expenses, sales invoices, etc.

-Handle AR and AP daily operation, including AR collection and AP refund

-Prepare employees record, payroll and MPF

-Handle HR interview arrangement

-Good organizational and multi-tasking skills, eye for detail and sharp analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure

-Ad-hoc tasks from management

Requirements:

-At least diploma or above with 2-5 years working experience

-Recent university graduates are also considered

-Proficient in Microsoft office and Accounting software system

-Qualified Member of ACCA , HKICPA, CIMA or equivalent is preferred

-Accounting experience is an advantage

-Responsible, flexible and good communication skills with people

*Candidate who have more experiences , shall be considered as Senior role.
