Mission:

• Report to Head of Business Management with emphasis on promoting Compliance & Risk culture
• Accountable for on-going monitoring of daily business activities; risk assessment and facilitating related investigation
• Serve as 1^st line of defense from Business Control & Policy Implementation to ensure the adherence of the regulatory, corporate governance and business/product related initiatives
• Prepare management reports and analytics to facilitate business planning & control

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting/ Business/Legal or related disciplines
• 5-8 years+/- of relevant business management, risk and regulatory change related project management experience
• Understanding of private banking business is essential
• Knowledge of HKMA regulatory requirements
• Driven with strong problem solving capability and communication skill to work with internal stakeholders from FTB office
