Customer Service Manager (Retail Bank) - No Sales Target! Station at Branches! HK$18K-HK$25K x 13month

Our client is a famous Retail Banking Group. They are seeking high caliber professionals to join their team:

Responsibilities  

• Act as the first contact point of customers in a warm and caring manner
• Understand customers' needs and direct them to the right area of the branch to ensure their needs are fulfilled during their visits
• Evaluate customer preferences and identify opportunities to enhance customer relationship
• Drive fast and accurate transaction processing to serve customers in accordance with standard procedures
• Manage and enhance service quality in the branch
• Keep the branch staff updated on latest product and marketing information
• Mobilize the branch staff to cope with changes in traffic and service requirement
• Address customers’ dissatisfaction and provide alternatives or solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience
• Retail Banking experience is highly preferred  
• Proven customer service, communications, sales, mathematical, analytical, organizational, and planning skills
• Good understanding of the major products or services available in the retail banking industry
• Cheerful, self-initiative, stable and customer-oriented;
• Result-oriented, enthusiastic, systematic with good communication skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Immediately available is an advantage
