Our client - a Taiwanese Logistics company is looking for high calibres to join their winning team:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible/supervise of all the accounting/financial activities of HKG & Southern China stations, including financial/accounting day to day operation, control, local GAAP and tax requirements/filing, budgeting and cash flow management?etc..
• Prepare accurate monthly financial and management reports including analysis and to ensure year-end closing processes are completed within the stipulated time frame
• Handles yearly auditing and prepare consolidation of financial reports with audit schedules
• Maintain effective internal controls and strict compliance with local law, corporate governance, and corporate accounting policies and guidelines
• Handles treasury duties including credit control and cash-flow management
• Liaise with the local government agencies, bankers, auditors, solicitors, company secretary and suppliers for financial and administrative related matters
• Functional report to Taiwan Headquarter finance to fulfill Corp?s financial needs as well as to ensure the compliance of corporate policies
• Functional report to TPEHQ finance to fulfill Corp?s financial needs as well as to ensure the compliance of Corp. policies.
• Special tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• University or above with major in Accounting/Finance related. CPA firm and/or freight forwarding experience is a plus
• More than 10 years of working experience in accounting field with minimum of 5 years at management capacity
• Hands on in job functions, independent, deadline oriented, and able to work under pressure with multi-tasks
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, and good communication skills in written English and Chinese
• Should possess strong analytical, writing and interpersonal skills
