RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform daily accounting duties including prepare vouchers and issue payment, month end closing activities and reconciliation, etc.
• Responsible for full sets of account and prepare regular reports
• Prepare Annual Budget
• Assist in the preparation of monthly consolidation reports
• Assist in audit and tax matters 
• Participate in administration, other accounting related duties and ad-hoc assignments

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher Diploma or above
• With 3 years of accounting experience
• Knowledge in Retail Business is highly preferred
• Able to work independently, proactive and with integrity
• Well-organized, responsive, positive working attitude and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in PC skill of word, excel, Chinese word processing, CS2000 and Flexsystem knowledge is an advantage
• Good Command in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Working location in Wong Chuk Hang
