Responsibilities:

• daily accounting function including data input, vouchers and cheques preparation;
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable and communications with customers and suppliers
• Monthly inter-company reconciliation and bank reconciliation
• Other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• LCCI III level with 3 years’ experience in Accounting
• Able to handle full set of books including monthly closing and prepare month-end & year-end schedules
• Matured, Self-motivated , well organized, able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing, ERP system knowledge
• Good command of English & Chinese (both speak & write)
• Immediate available is preferred or short notice will be considered
