Our client holds 80% of the market share over the globe with more than 20 different snack brands, with Hong Kong as a APAC headquarter, they are currently looking for an accounting team lead to join their regional finance team.
Reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Handling month-end closing and reviewing full sets of accounts from your subordinates
- Coordinating and drive various teams to improve existing workflow
- Ensuring compliance with corporate laws, tax laws and Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards, as well as the company policies
- Performing annual financial budget and rolling forecast for all business units in the region
- Providing a full spectrum of financial analysis, profitability analysis and detail KPI reports for the region
- Managing cash flows and authorizing payments to meet the operational needs
To be considered a successful candidate, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance related disciplines
- Qualified accountant of HKICPA / ACCA / CPA Australia is a MUST
- 6 years of professional experience gained from commercials, with at least 3 years of Big 4 experience is a MUST
- Strong working experience in related industry is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
