ELEVATE is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Accountant, Accounts Payable with experience in handling AP and with strong knowledge of accounting entries. This is an opportunity to work at a dynamic and fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

•      Arrange payments and perform account reconciliation;
•      Record invoices/claims and payment into system;
•      Review and reimburse staff expenses claims;
•      Review invoice and correspondence;
•      Coordinate and liaise with admin personnel and service providers;
•      Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

•      Degree holder in Accounting/Finance;
•      Initiative, reliable, sense of confidentiality;
•      Good command of written and spoken of Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
•      Good communication skills, result-oriented, team-oriented, able to work under pressure;
•      Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage;
•      Excellent Computer skills, experienced with MS Excel;
•      Immediately available is preferred.

Experience

•      2 - 3 years relevant accounting experience
