Responsibilities:

• Assist Executive Leadership and Brand Management in driving margin improvement within our Brands.
• Analyse price, volume, and profit data to determine financial impact and performance of pricing.
• Provide the Analytics & Reports that will support the Brand Margin Review Meetings with Executive Leadership, Brand Management, Product Merchandising, and Operations.
• Understand foreign exchange trends to ensure pricing strategy and margin is maintained.
• Team with Sourcing to understand product cost assumptions that feed into the financial plan.
• Pricing scenario modelling and performing “what-if” analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 4-5 years working experience in FP&A or audit experience; strong process background; performance reporting and financial analysis highly preferred
• CFA/CPA is a plus
• Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks at a time
• Takes pride in being timely AND accurate; exhibits thoughtfulness in all aspects of work; pays close attention to details
• Excellent communication skills, Strong analytical mind, Independent problem solver, Positive attitude, Team player, Collaborative
• Fluent in English & Cantonese, Average in Mandarin
