Job scope:

• Ensure the fulfilment of regulatory/corporate governance by assuming the 1^st line of defense function
• Assume the risk management consultancy function to conduct risk assessment, regulatory control & reporting as well as related investigation & communications
• Work in close partnership with compliance and executives from Front to Back offices on accounting opening & transaction activities
• Take charge of run the bank and change the bank related initiatives
• Enhancement of policies and procedural review in accordance to HKMA/MAS regulatory and corporate governance changes

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting/ Business/Legal or related disciplines
• 3-5 years+ of relevant Regulatory Reporting, Operational Risk, Audit or Project Management experience acquired from Int’l private banks/consultancy firms
• Highly proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
• Understanding towards private wealth management industry is a definite advantage
• Strong risk control mindset with good regulatory knowledge
• Driven with strong problem solving capability and communication skill to work with internal stakeholders
