Job Description
Accounting Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of account
- Prepare monthly financial reports & analysis including consolidated financial statements
- Perform general accounting functions, such as invoice issuing, reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Issue debit notes and cheques
- Maintain and improve the operations of the accounting software
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in Accounting and Finance related disciplines
- At least 1 year's working experience, preferable in Food & Beverage or Retail Industry
- Fluent spoken & written English and Chinese.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
- Good inter-personal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly in excel
- Be able to work independently
- Flexible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Familiar with Peachtree is preferable
*Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Accounts Clerk role.
