Duties:

• Report to CFO, prepare meeting materials for the Board and the general meetings
• Responsible for the financial aspects of the operations through overseas offices with various subsidiaries
• Prepare accounting records, financial statements, annual and interim reports, announcements and other corporate communication documents and ensure accurately and on schedule.
• Provide all support on financial planning & analysis, budgeting & forecasting & management reporting
• Liaise with other departments to formulate effective internal control and ensure compliance of all regulations
• Provide financial support on ad-hoc projects, including merger & acquisitions

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or related discipline or equivalent
• CPA membership is preferred
• At least 5 years relevant experience, prior experience in listed company is a plus
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• In-depth accounting knowledge and good understanding of the Hong Kong listing requirements
• Immediate available is highly preferable
