Our client is a well-known Italian Retail Luxury in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Senior Acccountant/ Assistant Accounting Manager, Regional for their Regional team in Hong Kong. 

Job Description:

• Ensure the appropriate allocation of duties within the team to achieve the department objectives and build a high performance and motivated team. 
• Manage the team in daily, monthly and quarterly financial reports with variance analysis including monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow Statement and quarterly reporting package. 
• Timely production of accurate statutory and internal management reports
• Cash management and treasury duties
• Prepare various reports and perform ad-hoc assignment as required by the Company
• Liaise with external auditors, internal auditors and tax consultants
• Ensure compliance of company’s internal control and policies on finance related matters

Requirements:

• Degree holding in Accounting or relevant disciplines 
• A qualified accountant with over 5 years of experience with at least 2 years in supervisory level, in a multi-national company environment 
• Experience of managing a small team with proven success and growth potential 
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven credentials in a business environment 
• Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality 
• Good oral and written command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese. 
• Experience in Microsoft Office application
• Familiar with ERP system, preferably with experience in SAP system
