Duties

• Data input and record all invoices in the accounting system and arrange settlement in due course
• Prepare relevant reports to customers, including tonnage reports, variance reports and journals for month-end closing
• Handle and follow up outstanding aging accounts, fixed assets, etc.
• Perform ad-hoc projects when assigned

Requirements

• F.5 standard or Holder of HKDSE or equivalent
• Solid PC knowledge, especially in MS Excel
• Able to work under pressure
• A good team player
