Job Description
Our client, a well-known private equity firm is looking for the candidate with the following details:
Duties
- Provide wide range support to the Finance team
- Calendar management, meeting arrangement, travel arrangements
- Coordinate in team building events and dinners
- Handle AP related queries such as payment status, outstanding and duplicate invoices, and liaise with HO in the US
- Prepare internal and external meetings and provide logistics support
- General team administrative support
Requirements
- University graduate in BA, Accounting or relevant background
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- 5 years or above experience in PE, investment, banking & finance
- With experience in team support, preferable in contracting
- Good PC Skill
- Presentable, detail-minded and able to handle multi-tasking
- Being flexible, adaptable and available to take on other tasks
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and able to prioritize the tasks assigned by the management
