The position is responsible for supporting the commercial strategy implementation, business growth and profitability; ensuring sustainability of core financial processes, policies, and procedures comply with company’s regulations and practices.  Key responsibilities include the followings:
 
Responsibilities

1. Provide first line finance support to diagnostics division in Hong Kong commercial team
2. Establish annual budget and investment plans and updates based on overall financial objectives and market projections
3. Ensure the reliable and dynamic forecasting with early warning system tied to strategy and KPIs.
4. Risks and contingency analysis
5. Establish financial controls to ensure that reported data is accurate and conforms to corporate requirements
6. Develop and implement adequate information system to support entity operations.
7. Maintain general ledger and supporting documents that accurately reflect Division's financial transactions
8. Periodically review and take actions to ensure that company's assets are adequately assessed and managed
9. Support setting of targets and tracking of value creation
10. Deal pricing analysis to participate in the decision-making processes to ensure the profitability and volume growth
11. Maintain good working relations with Region, Area, Corporate finance organizations and cross-function teams
12. Keep abreast of changing laws and regulations related to finance and accounting.
    
    

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• More than 8 years of experience in finance/accounting functions; 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. 5 years of experience as finance business partner
• Thorough knowledge of US and Hong Kong GAAP
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Working knowledge of PC word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications
• Fluent in Chinese and English
