Job Description

Deliver business projects, which aims to identify drivers of growth and profitability of insurance portfolio
Assist Manager in delivery the insurance proposition for target customer
Analyze all informational requirements, develop database specifications, and enforce all database standards
Monitor the insurance portfolio and keep abreast of the market trends and regulatory changes to ensure the full compliance of HKMA and company's standard
Apply insights to develop strategic and optimization recommendations. Collaborate with other teams for solution implementations in a cross-functional and decentralized global business environment
Manage a team of analysts to achieve business goals in a timely manner.
Provide accurate, consistent and timely management information and market insights to various stakeholders so as to formulate business plan

Requirements

Bachelors / Master’s degree in Statistics / Operations Research / Marketing / Econometrics / Engineering / or Applied Mathematics
At least 3 years of working experience in related areas
Experience in performing MIS reports and presentation preferred
Experienced in consultancy/agency is preferable
Strong business sense and result-oriented
Knowledge in fields of Insurance, Consumer Finance, Financial Services, Database Marketing and/or Data-mining is highly valued but not considered to be necessary for the right personality and motivation.
