Our client is a HK listed company with offices in HK and China.
 

Responsibilities:

• To lead the financial activities in overseas countries includes financial reporting, planning, budgeting, tax planning, forecasting and group consolidation
• To work closely with other departments and oversea entities.
• To implement efficient internal controls and company compliance, as well as establish related procedures and governance
• To provide financial analysis and business supports with recommendations to executive managements to drive revenue and reduce business risk
• To partner with internal and external auditors for the quarterly reviews, as well as maintain relationships with legal parties and bankers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance and Accounting or other relevant quantitative disciplines
• HKICPA or ACCA Qualification or equivalent
• Experience in Retail industry and MNC are a must
• At least 10 years’ work experience and work experience gained from MNCs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, proficient in English and Chinese
• Candidates with lesser experience will consider as Senior Finance Manager or Assistant Financial Controller
