Responsibilities : 

• Monitor and supervise the daily operations of HK group accounting and treasury team;
• Responsible for group accounting, costing, consolidation, cash flow management & company secretary operation;
• Review financial statement, vouchers & accounting schedules;
• Perform financial analysis, month/year end closing, consolidation and statutory reporting;
• Oversee treasury operation, liaise with bankers/insurance brokers on banking facilities and insurance matters;
• Work with external auditors on auditing schedules;
• Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy/Finance or related disciplines, MBA preferable;
• Holder of CPA qualification or equivalent, member of ICSA/HKICS is added advantage;
• Min 10 years or above relevant experience gained in manufacturing environment;
• Prior exposure in HK and PRC accounting and taxation with stable working history;
• Hand-on experience in consolidation, financial analysis and company secretary;
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of FlexAcc and ERP is preferred;
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail minded, well organized and able to work under pressure;
• A good team player, with good supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Willing to travel to PRC factories regularly;
• Immediate availability is preferred
