Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of bookkeeping and prepare relevant documents
- Prepares collection reports and bank reconciliation statements
- Perform routine accounting functions such as data entry and invoice checking
- Assist in accounts payable and outgoing payments
- Support other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- Proficient in Word & Excel
- Proficient in Peachtree accounting software
- Proficient in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
- Independent, detail minded and accurate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent telephone manner
- Immediate available is preferred
- 2 to 3 years accounting experience preferably in trading companies
Immediate availability is preferred.
