Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the inclumbent will be responsible for :

Responsibilities

• Handling Payment & AP Data Entries;
• Handling AP of associated companies;
• Preparing Monthly GL Accounting entries
• Record Monthly Inventory movement.
• Preparing relevant accounting schedule & bank reconciliation;
• Assist Month end closing report & External Audit preparation;
• Supporting all department matters;
• Assisting in ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• LCCI level 2 or diploma in accounting;
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word;
• At least 2 years accounting experience;
• Experience in MYOB / retail industry is an advantage;
• Responsible, detail-minded with good communication skills;
• Immediate available is highly preferred
