Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize the filing system;
- Handle general accounting function such as A/R, A/P and billings;
- Knowledge in using ERP system preferred;
- Carry out general office administrative duties;
- Prepare ad hoc reports and tasks as required.
Requirements:
- At least Form 5 or above with LCC Intermediary;
- 2 years of experience in the related field preferred;
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing;
- Fluent in both spoken & written English & Chinese. Putonghua is an advantage;
- Independent, intiative, pleasant personality with good communication skills.
