Main Duties & Responsibilities:  

• Maintain executives’ calendars and assist in planning appointments, management meetings and travel arrangement, etc.
• Prioritize & follow through on issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature, and all outgoing or incoming correspondence
• Prepare budget reports and provide assistance in bookkeeping
• Maintain electronic and paper records; collect & consolidate reports
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
• General secretarial work

Job Requirements

• Tertiary educated
• Basic knowledge in accounting is preferred
• At least 5 years of experience
• Willingness and flexibility to perform tasks and duties expected and unexpected with a pleasant & professional attitude
• Strong coordination/collaboration skills
• Strong written and verbal command of English and Chinese language (Mandarin first, Cantonese second)
• Proficiency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Willingness to use modern communication and organization tools such as WeChat, WhatsApp, Slack, etc.
