Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
l Provide full spectrum of administrative work including but not limited to managing meeting schedule, travel and accommodation arrangement, expenses claims, office supply and maintaining filing system
l Handle business correspondence, data analysis and prepare presentation materials
l Liaise with external and internal stake holders
l Undertake ad-hoc project assigned by the Management
Job Requirements:
l Solid academic training in business administration, secretarial studies or related disciplines
l Over 10 years’ related working experience
l Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office applications ( MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
l Detailed mind, well-organized, strong integrity, and excellent interpersonal skill
l Good command of spoken and written of English and Chinese
l Immediate available or short notice is an advantage
Office : Fotan
Salary : Negotiable
