Job Description
Headquartered in Germany, our client is a hi-tech corporation with 10,000+ staff. Its “data center” business unit is recruiting a talent to join their team
Benefit: 5 days, Double Pay, Bonus, Medical, 12AL
Responsibilities:
l Oversee the daily operation and manage order intakes for the sales team
l Provide logistic arrangement for and customer services for the customer
l Manage the order workflow, complaint, quotation and administration for Hong Kong region
l Work close with regional team to improve the service level
l Manage vendor and outsources business partners to provide a comprehensive solution for the customer
l Manage stock inventory with sales team and minimize the costs structure
Requirements:
l Assist Manager to monitor daily operation and ensure customer enquiries are handled timely and tactfully
l Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus
l Proficient in MS applications
l Independent, well-organized and detail-minded
