Job Description

We are looking for a high caliber human resources practitioner who can develop effective relationships with line managers and provide a professional HR service to the organisation.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should:

Responsibilities:                                                                                                                            

  • Organise staff activities to strengthen staff engagement with the organization and develop corporate employee culture, from budget planning, liaison with different parties to on-site support. The staff engagement programmes include but not limited to Annual Dinner, Staff Club, Staff Caring Programme, Staff Orientation, etc.
  • Act as the accounts executive of designated service units to provide full spectrum of human resources services;
  • Formulate various reports with analysis and make recommendation to strengthen staff engagement;
  • Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder from any disciplines; 
  • At least 5 years’ solid experience in Human Resources management with proven achievement in staff engagement in sizable organisations;
  • Good knowledge of Hong Kong Labor Law and other employment related ordinances;
  • Resonate with the core value, vision & mission of HOHCS and committed to the VMV in the enforcement of policies, procedures and HR practices;
  • Excellent in written and verbal and communication and interpersonal skills, and can work independently and in a group effectively;
  • Possess good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills;
  • With qualities of flexibility and adaptability to meet changes and challenges in a growing organization;
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
