Responsibilities:

• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
• Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
• Manage of incoming calls
• Handle customer enquiries and proactively follow up with related colleagues
• Meet team sales targets
• Preparing of regular daily reports
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Mature, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of English, Cantonese
• 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service
• Work location: Kowloon Bay, Causeway Bay
