Job Description

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Building trusted relationships with business stakeholders to understand relevant business issues
  • Evaluating and screening business issues or business change initiatives to assess the need for performance analysis/diagnosis
  • Develop and present to the business proposed learning strategies and recommend other non-training interventions
  • Maintain business specific solution Portfolios
  • Liaise with Subject Matter Experts Instructional System Designers to drive accurate content
  • Conducting performance analysis or role excellence profiles pre request basis
  • Creating high-level, performance-based curriculum maps
  • Provide role-based outcomes input into accreditation frameworks and programs
  • The role will cover a wide range of activities so we are looking for someone that can manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • This is an exciting role that will offer the chosen candidate the opportunity to work with some of the world’s largest organizations.
  • Responsible for deployment of learning services and solutions to include deployment consultant services
  • Capable of supporting the learning needs analysis, design and development of Learning Solution

 

Essential Requirements

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the Learning & Development industry within the Performance Improvement field with a broad knowledge of learning interventions. Experience in the design of blended learning solutions including eLearning, Virtual Instructor Led Training and Social Collaboration would desirable however is not essential.

As well as possessing business and financial acumen you will have exceptional communication and analytical skills. You will have a strong interviewing technique and be an excellent listener; experience of project management and writing proposals would be advantageous.   • Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
  • Excellent interpersonal/relationship skills
  • Systematic thinking and understanding
