Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administration support to Senior Executives
• Manage daily schedule and coordinate appointments 
• Prepare documents/materials for meetings and take minutes 
• Responsible for coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
• Handle telephone and email correspondence in a professional and efficient manner
• Perform ad-hoc assignments during weekend or holidays if required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above with formal secretarial training
• Minimum 5 years' secretarial experience preferable in sizable company. Exposure in serving senior management on personal affairs is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial sense & quick learner
• Work independently and professionally with minimal supervision and under pressure
• Multi-tasking ability with good interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills 
• Prudent, meticulous, flexible and have strong sense of confidentiality
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin 
• Proficient and experienced in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediate available is highly preferred
