Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, C&B, training, performance management and staff relations
Participate in the full cycle of recruitment and selection process
Handle employment process in employee’s lifecycle from on-boarding to off-boarding;
Develop and prepare HR reports and analyses
Maintain and update HRIS systems; ensuring HR data integrity and accuracy
Provide professional HR advice on labour relationship matters/ issues;
Assist in implementing various HR projects and ac-hoc as assigned

Key Requirements:

High Diploma or above in HRM, BA or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years all round HR experiences
Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance
Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently
Positive attitude with problem solving skills and well-organised
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Familiar with MS office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
