Job Description

Our client, a renowned MNC with 40,000 employees worldwide, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Human Resources Manager.

 

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR duties, such as recruitment, compensation & benefit, training & development, employment relationship etc.
  • Handle and manage general office administration
  • Review and implement HR strategies, manpower plan and policies that are aligned with company’s objective
  • Plan and execute HR budget plan, forecast and reports
  • Perform ad-hoc HR project and initiatives

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience in sizable multinational or FMCG company
  • Experience in supervising both HR and general administration departments
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and HR Practices
  • Proficient in both verbal and written Chinese and English
