Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Assist in developing and managing public training programmes at HKPC Academy
  • Formulate and execute marketing plans to drive public training programmes
  • Provide marketing, administrative and event support for public training programmes, seminars and events
  • Assist in identifying and working with training partners / trainers/ speakers to co-organize and promote public training programmes, seminars and events
  • Carry out survey and market study in learning and development areas
  • Assist in delivering consultancy services related to learning and development areas together with the formulation and execution of marketing plans
  • Assist in client management to identify new client segments and foster relationship with existing clients

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree with 2 years’ relevant experience in public training programme management or learning & development consultancy
  • Degrees from disciplines such as business management, marketing and human resources or equivalent are preferred
  • Experience in developing and leading public training programmes for industry practitioners is preferred
  • Close connections with industry associations and professional bodies will be an advantage
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good analytical, problem solving and project management skills
  • Well organized, proactive, outgoing, enthusiastic and result-oriented
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Applicants may be considered for other positions if not matching the requirements of the subject position

A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
