Job Duties:

• Provide general administrative support to service/environmental assessment program
• Coordinate with contractors in work assignment and data collection
• Liaise with participating companies on fulfilling the requirements of the program
• Assist in quality assurance and milestone tracking
• Support the compilation of assessment report and progress update
• Undertake ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above from disciplines such as Business Administration, Operation Management, Tourism or equivalent with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Well organized and meticulous
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word applications
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Applicants may be considered for other positions if not matching the requirements of the subject position
