Role and Responsibilities:

-       Responsible for general office administration, office supplies, office renovation, repair and maintenance of facilities

-       Handle local and international courier, parcel packing and reports

-       Follow up Medical Insurance, Leave record and admin bills

-       Assist in ad hoc assignment as required by Finance Department

-       Provide secretarial support to French Directors

Requirements:

-       Diploma or above in any discipline

-       1 years’ relevant working experience

-       Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

-       Proficiency in computer operations especially MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

-       Immediate available is highly preferable
