Job Description

Our client, one of the Fortune 500 companies located at Kowloon Bay is urgently recruiting a high-caliber candidate joining their company  A job description is as follows : -

 

Description

 

This position will support and execute all compensation & benefits (C&B) operations as well as mobility management in Asia region. This position will serve as a point of contact for C&B and expatriate related issues and ensure consistent organizational application of related policies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating full-spectrum of C&B duties in alignment with company policies.
  • Payroll review and management for Hong Kong and China operations.
  • Serve as a tax advisor on Asia tax issues, liaise with Tax consultant from time to time
  • Work with tax consultant for on board or departure case of international assignments
  • Support the execution of C&B related projects and initiatives, including salary review, bonus calculation & Salary survey submission
  • Provide end-to-end global mobility service for all expatriates across Asia in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and execute expatriate relocation, benefits and relevant policies, include but not limited to immigration, accommodation, moving support, schooling support.
  • Liaise with global counterparts and vendor on mobility arrangement.
  • Serve as a contact point of all mobility issues in Asia
  • Manage general office administration tasks.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects when needed.

  

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or business or related disciplines.
  • 8 -10 years of HR or C&B experience in multinational company
  • Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, Hong Kong labor ordinance & related legal regulatory, with regional experience a plus
  • Experience in global mobility management 
  • Asia payroll and tax knowledge are essential
  • Able to work under pressure and strong can-do attitude
  • A good team player
  • Excellent sense in numbers and attention to detail
  • Able to communicate with people at all levels of the organization and cope with a fast-paced environment with difficult customers
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
