Job Description
- Provide general office administrative and clerical support
- Provide HR related support such as recruitment, orientations, medical benefit, MPF, termination process, labor regulations, etc.
- Follow up on orders and delivery arrangement, inventory control and cost management
- Manage filing system and document control system
- Coordinate with external and internal parties to facilitate smooth operations
- Assist in ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder from any discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in administration or human resources, preferably in healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, flexible and fast-learner
- Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Fresh graduate or candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Administrative Officer
