Responsibilities: - 

• Support the L&D team on training related matters, including training record, training sponsorship and e-learning
• Design and deliver training programmes in Hong Kong Headquarters, and coordinate with L&D teams in other countries to ensure the materials are aligned and up-to-date
• Assist in fulfilling the requirements on training under respective accreditation bodies (e.g. ISO)
• Assist to prepare and monitor the learning and development budget
• Support company-wide and global HR and corporate culture initiatives

Requirements: -

• Degree holder in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
• Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Experience in project coordination and working with colleagues from different cultural background
• Good organization and presentation skills
• Willing to go extra mile when completing tasks
• Sound knowledge in photo or video editing would be an advantage
