Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage IT Help Desk responsible for the maintenance of all IT and infrastructure related services
- Assist users in sensitive related issues including password resets
- Handle Help Desk ticketing system through daily/monthly report
- Input problems and resolutions into standardized company support center application (KB)
- Assist end-users through Email, Phone and Remote assistance
- Handle routine Help Desk calls to ensure timely resolution as per Senior Management’s Service Level Agreement
Job Requirement:
- F.6 (DSE) or above
- 1-year IT helpdesk admin or relevant experience (Less experience and Fresh Graduate will be considered as Junior Helpdesk Coordinator)
- “CAN DO” attitude and fast learner
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- Able to work independently and as a good team player required minimum supervision
