Responsibilities:

• Support on the media publicity works for the Council’s projects, including trade fairs, conferences, meetings and missions, and other projects and tasks as assigned
• Support on the implement of publicity and communication programmes to promote the Council’s corporate themes that incorporate the Council’s promotional events and other services
• Provide publicity and media related logistics supports to the bilateral meetings with the mainland provinces
• Handle administrative works of the team as required

Requirements:

• University degree in communication, journalism, marketing, business, or other relevant disciplines
• At least 1 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in public relations;
• Knowledge of editorial and graphic production through work with vendors or freelancers
• Strong communication and editorial skills (excellent command of English and Chinese including verbal Putonghua)
• Good planning and project management and administrative skills
• Keen awareness of current affairs, community issues and the business environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills; willingness to take initiative and work with a team

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
