Job Description:

  • Provide several administrative and clerical support to Operations Manager at District Office as assigned
  • Interact with clients and colleagues of different levels so as to resolve operational issues and customers’ enquiries
  • Prepare monthly reports and on-board documents as well as hosting induction training to staff of frontline operations

 

Requirements:

  • HKDSE / Form 5 or above
  • 1 year's relevant experience 
  • Mature, good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with people
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word / Excel) applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Immediate available is preferable

  • 與客人及同事溝通以解決營運事宜及解答客人問題
  • 負責工資運算報告及為新入職員工進行入職培訓

 

學歷要求:

  • 香港中學文憑試 / 中五畢業或以上
  • 一年相關工作經驗
  • 成熟及具良好的人際溝通技巧
  • 能熟練運用Word及Excel、中英文打字
  • 歡迎應屆畢業生申請
  • 可即時上班者優先考慮
