Job Description
Responsibilities
- Establish and Plan Staff engagement program
- Manage the development of Corporate culture and volunteering activities of the corporate.
- Plan & execute various staff learning and development programs to improve the skills & performance of frontline and / or office staff
- Liaise with other departments and / or external parties on training arrangement, content development, program logistics and related coordination
- Supervise subordinates on daily operation and provide coaching for resolution
- Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs based on the feedback from internal and external customers
- Conduct training related analysis and prepare regular reports
- Collaborat with the IT department, the incumbent will be responsible for the development, implementation & enhancement of HR Information Systems, attendance system and other related HR systems
- Research vendors and implement new integrations as needed
- Oversee the daily operation of the HR Information Systems and maintain data integrity in the systems
- Prepare HR reports and develop dashboards for reporting key metrics in a periodic basis for management review
- Review HR workflows and determine potential areas for driving re-engineering with an aim to boost the effectiveness and process governance
- Ensure all HR related systems are compliant with local regulations on data protection and privacy
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management / Human Resources / Training / Communications or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years' solid training and development experiences, preferably in IT company / Engineering Company
- Hands-on experience in coaching and as trainer
- Proactive, multi-tasking, fast-paced with strong communication, prsentation and interpersonal skills
- Practical experience with HR database administration and system implementation
