Job Description

Our Client, a Chinese multinational e-commerce, retail, Internet, AI and technology conglomerate, is seeking a contract Assistant Administrator to support their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle clerical and admin duties
  • Carry out online operation in the proprietary finance system to help internal user to put through purchase order
  • Responsible for communication with user client

Requirements:

  • Diligent, Proactive
  • Can speak Cantonese/Mandarin is a Must
  • Able to input Chinese 
  • Able to read / write English to respond to email
  • Good attention to details
  • No accounting background required
  • Fresh Grad welcome
