Our client is a leading European Apparel retail group, with worldwide retail channels which include European Markets. Due to business expansion, they are inviting high calibre to join their sourcing office in Hong Kong. Dynamic environment and great job exposure, the successful incumbent will be responsible for managing and implementing the end to end talent acquisition process and develop the reputable path in full spectrum HR practice.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR duties for Hong Kong office including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefit, employee relations, training and development
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program
• Counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews
• Handle HR assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
• Update HR policies and ensure processes are in line with the global policies 
• Coordinate with APAC office in arranging visa application/extension for expatriate
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements: 

• Degree Holder in Human Resources Management with good academic background or relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years working experience in HR with proven record preferably in recruitment and learning & development exposure 
• Strong knowledge in employment ordinances
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Mature and pleasant personality with good communication skill
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
